In Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 some of the cookie options are turned off by default which is what stops some people from being able to log into the catalogue. To correct this problem, in IE click on the "Tools" menu, and choose "Internet Options", and a window will popup.
In the popup window choose "Privacy" tab and then click the "Advanced" button in the middle of the screen. Here you need to tick the "Override automatic cookie handling". Make sure that both the cookie options are on "Accept" and "Always allow session cookies" is ticked.
This will enable the catalogue to write its cookie for the login and the ordering process."
