It is far safer to use for technicians, the consumer, the environment and the equipment than phosphoric acid.
Use 236ml of Viper Nickel Safe Ice Machine Cleaner for every 113kg to 136kg of ice production. Add into the sump of a circulating system and initiate the cleaning mode. Tested to be compatible with nickel plated evaporators and plastic components used in ice machines like Manitowoc.
