What qualifies as an emergency after hours call out?
An emergency is a refrigeration repair or maintenance issue that could result in equipment damage, product loss, or significant business disruption if not addressed immediately. Common examples include:
Critical refrigerant or pipe leaks
Compressor failure
Cool room or freezer breakdowns where stock is at risk
Emergency after hours call outs incur a $400 service fee. Delivery services are not available through the emergency after hours program.

Our contact centre will connect you with a local team member who will assess the situation and determine whether the required product or equipment is available. Our team reserves the right to decline requests that do not meet the criteria for an emergency call out.
