Tool Servicing Department
Daily use, demanding site conditions and regular wear can impact the performance of your press tools over time. That’s why our Tool Servicing Department offers a free annual press tool service. With a comprehensive inspection, testing and calibration process, we’ll ensure your tool remains accurate, reliable and ready for work.
Visual functioning test
Every press tool undergoes a detailed visual inspection to identify signs of wear, damage or component deterioration. Locking pins, jaws, rollers and electronic components are carefully checked, with genuine Rothenberger replacement parts used if replacement is required.
Calibration test
Accurate pressing performance starts with proper calibration. We test and measure output by making ten simultaneous crimps to ensure your tool falls within the appropriate force range to ensure consistent presses and reliable results on every job.
External clean
Each tool receives a thorough clean before reassembly. This helps remove dirt and debris, restores presentation and ensures your tool is returned in excellent working condition. We pride ourselves on delivering the highest standards and want your tool to look and feel as good as new.
Detailed service reports
Following servicing, you'll receive a detailed report outlining the work completed, inspection results and any recommendations. We also provide a calibration test report and service reminder information to help you stay on top of future maintenance.
