Actrol VAP products warranty
Our huge range of refrigeration and air-conditioning products includes hundreds of products you'll only find at Actrol - products that have been sourced or manufactured just for us. We refer to these products as our Value Added Products or "VAP products" for short.
We're happy to stand behind the quality of all our Actrol VAP products because we know they are of the highest quality. If you should experience any issues with our products, please contact your local branch for assistance.
We call all of this our Product Quality Guarantee and it covers all of our Actrol Value Added Products purchased from May 2011. Different warranty periods apply to different types of products. Please ask our branch staff for more information.
Non-VAP products warranty
All of our goods - VAP and non-VAP products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
